Setup

  1. Connect tablet to power
  2. Connect to WiFi
  3. Connect barcode scanner via USB-C
  4. Open Chrome, navigate to meals.hamcation.com
  5. Log in with authorized credentials
  6. Test scan a badge barcode

Meal Planning Stats

The main dashboard page displays a Headcount table showing meal planning statistics:

This helps hospitality chairs estimate daily meal counts and identify days with many pending approvals.

Chair Portal

Committee chairs approve their volunteers for meal eligibility:

  1. Go to meals.hamcation.com
  2. Log in with your @hamcation.com email
  3. Navigate to Chair Portal
  4. Approve volunteers and set eligible days (Fri/Sat/Sun)
  5. Changes take effect immediately
