Radio Protocol

Calling Dispatch: “Dispatch, this is [Name]”

Reporting Complete: “Dispatch, [Name], issue at [location] resolved”

Requesting Help: “Dispatch, [Name], need assistance at [location]“

Common Fixes

Display Blank

  1. Check power to TV and Pi
  2. Verify correct HDMI input
  3. Reboot Pi: unplug, wait 10s, plug back in

Badge Printer Down

  1. Check printer power
  2. Check USB cable
  3. Check paper loaded
  4. Power cycle printer

WiFi Not Connecting

  1. Verify correct network name
  2. Verify password (case sensitive)
  3. Forget network, reconnect

Network Drop Not Working

  1. Check cable at both ends
  2. Try different cable
  3. Try different device
  4. Call Dispatch
