Calling Dispatch: “Dispatch, this is [Name]”

Common Fixes
Display Blank
- Check power to TV and Pi
- Verify correct HDMI input
- Reboot Pi: unplug, wait 10s, plug back in
Badge Printer Down
- Check printer power
- Check USB cable
- Check paper loaded
- Power cycle printer
WiFi Not Connecting
- Verify correct network name
- Verify password (case sensitive)
- Forget network, reconnect
Network Drop Not Working
- Check cable at both ends
- Try different cable
- Try different device
- Call Dispatch
When to Escalate
Contact Field Lead when:
- Issue not resolved in 10-15 minutes
- Equipment needs replacement
- Multiple locations affected
Emergency
Medical Emergency: Call 911, then notify HamCation Operations
