Chair System Access Guide
All committee chairs must have a @hamcation.com email address to access HamCation’s digital systems.
Why You Need a HamCation Email
HamCation uses Cloudflare Access with Google Workspace authentication. This means:
- You log in with your
@hamcation.comemail and password - Your access to specific apps is controlled by your committee membership
- Single sign-on works across all HamCation systems

How to Log In
- Go to the application URL (e.g.,
meals.hamcation.com) - You’ll see a Google sign-in page
- Enter your
@hamcation.comemail address - Enter your password
- You’re in!
Password Help
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to accounts.google.com
- Enter your
@hamcation.comemail - Click “Forgot password?”
- Follow the recovery steps
Getting Help
- Account issues: Contact IT Committee
- Can’t access a specific app: Verify you’re in the correct Google Group
- Password reset: Use Google’s password recovery or contact IT
